The 2010 Awards for Excellence will mark the 32nd
year the UCSD Alumni Association has recognized
the accomplishments of outstanding alumni and faculty. Consider the exceptional leadership, notable accomplishments and service of UCSD alumni, friends and colleagues, and nominate them for one of these
esteemed awards: Outstanding Alumnus, Professional Achievement, Distinguished Service and Distinguished Teaching.

About the Awards For Excellence

This recognition reception is the major fundraising event dedicated to supporting the Alumni Association's Scholarship Program. All proceeds ensure the University's continued recruitment of top scholars to UCSD.

Awards For Excellence Selection

The Awards Selection Committee, made up of elected members of the Association's governing board, selects the recipients. Award winners are individuals who have distinguished themselves in a particular field and who have brought honor and distinction to UCSD.
