Advice to the New Administration
With a new president in the White House, is there a light at the end of the economic tunnel?
A distinguished panel of UC San Diego faculty experts will analyze the nation's financial crisis and offer perspectives and advice on the U.S. economy for the new Obama administration. The panel, including UCSD Economics professors James Hamilton and Ross Starr, along with Bruce Lehman, professor of International Relations and Pacific Studies, will address the impact on stock, energy, credit and derivatives markets and the effect of the recent financial rescue packages.
The Shady Canyon Country Club dress code prohibits denim, shorts or flip-flops.
Directions:
From I-405 north or south, exit Shady Canyon Drive.
Head south on Shady Canyon Drive, toward the coast, and proceed approximately 1 mile to the
Shady Canyon Gatehouse.
There will be an attendant at the gate who will direct you to the designated parking.
