TRITON TIDBITS FROM CAMPUS AND BEYOND

September 2007
So What's Shakin'?

Need to shake up your evening plans? Why not come back to UCSD and attend a free concert at Porter’s Pub, or lectures from your favorite professors. Want to satisfy your shopping cravings? You could stroll down Library Walk during the vendor fair. Feeling creative? Step up to the microphone at a poetry slamm. Most Mondays you can catch an up-and-coming musician performing at Espresso Roma. Or, watch recently released movies at the Price Center Theatre for only $3 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

All this can be found in the quarterly UCSD Pocket Events Guide (PEG). Sponsored by the Associated Students, SOLO, the University Centers and the University Events Office, this essential guide to on-campus events used to only be distributed on Library Walk, but now it’s available online! Check out this fall’s guide mid-September at http://peg.ucsd.edu.
