UCSD Alumni and TreePeople need you to roll up your sleeves and get to work. We'll be deep watering and mulching the trees in this urban park. Because of their ability to lessen evaporation and to harvest rainwater, Los Angeles’ tree canopy is an important line of defense in decreasing the impact of drought. Trees in parks provide us with immense benefits — to lose them would be a huge blow to the health and well-being of our communities. In response to this situation, we need to ensure that these trees get the water they need to survive, and you are vital to make this team complete.
Participation limited to the first 20 people who register. Due to TreePeople's requirements, you must register by April 9, 2014 so don't procrastinate. Hurry to make sure you and your friends can attend this great event!
Please R.S.V.P. by Wednesday, April 9
