Alumni Board of Directors

The Board of Directors serve as the primary advisors to UC San Diego Alumni leadership. Together, they oversee the strategic development of alumni programs and initiatives that advance the university in communities around the world.

In addition, the Board of Directors is responsible for the business affairs of the Association and oversees corporate powers exercised by, or under, their direction.

The Board of Directors may establish Ad-Hoc Committees, such as those below, to achieve specific objectives.

Grants Committee

The Ad-Hoc Grants Committee ensures that grant funds designated by the Board of Directors are awarded in alignment with the mission and strategic priorities of the Alumni Association, with an emphasis on increasing alumni engagement and participation.
